t4 was ok
I was disappointed with T3. T2 is one of my all time favorite movies, and it would take alot more than just “good action” to be worthy of being part of the terminator franchise…
My personal canonical belief: T1, T2, The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
You’re a good talker avgn, but I don’t totally agree with you on this review… It 3 movie sucked balls, whatever reason it had… Still love your nintendo works and “some” movie reviews.

I disagree with this review. Simply having good action is NOT enough to make a passable Terminator movie, and I didn’t even think the action was that good. The “comedy” is inept and dead and the story is a BS rehash.

T1 & T2 = legendary
T3 = was ok

I agree for the most part
T-1 was great
T-2 was jizz
T-3 was meh but watchable
Salvation was surpringly good for what it was. better than T-3 imo
Dr. Silverman was also in the first one.
T3 wasn’t a bad movie. It’s a tolerable sequel mainly cause Arnold steals the show. Though the thing I find disappointing about it is that the film has this “watered-down” feel to it compared to the first two which were pretty dark gritty and original.
In other words,T3 simply felt like a parody of the first two films.
ohh, yeah, … it takes HOURS to upload a movie, so many hours, that he had to wait until part 4 came & went, already!
are you going to do a review on the tv series and Terminator Salvation.

the 3rd one was interesting but will not be like the first 2. I like the 3rd one but not as much as the first and the 2nd one just amazing back than. I think at time people rather did perfer the 2nd over the first which is kind of sad cause if it wasn’t the first one I wouldn’t be able to be at the edge of my seat. although the 3rd one was good but not as good as T-2 or T-1. I think When the T-4 came out I boycoto it cause Arnold wasn’t going to be in and Christan Bale is an ass
The only good thing about T3 was the last 30 or so minutes. The rest seemed like just useless filler. As for T4 I really liked it. Sure it lacks the feel that T1 and T2 gave us of the future(what with it being mostly during the day…coulda sworn Kyle said you stay still during the day) I woulda preferred someone else be cast as John. Christian Bale is still batman and its odd to visualize him as two different icons.But T4 is better than the third. And summer glau is a hot terminator
This film was alright, but could never beat the other two.
sorry to tell u this buddy but i had annual tickets to the park that has that show. and i purposely skipped it everytime i went…. the acting there is a total shame and just makes the whole terminator series look bad.
The most awesome scene in T3 was when the psychiatrist from T2 is called in, and begins to explain how he “got over” his encounter with the terminator in T2 and now thinks that was a delusion… In that moment the Terminator bursts out of the mausoleum, carrying a machine gun in one hand and coffin on his shoulder and starts shooting… Absolutely awesome.
How can you say the first Terminator was shit? No matter who you are, that movie was incredible. The fact that you could say T3 was BETTER than T1 proves you’re not even a true fan of the series.

The camera filming the dark streets and Sarah’s voice-over at the end of T2 is the end. Surely this is a perfect ending, no need for shameless cash-ins. As for T4, I really like Christian Bale but that was a real low for him. As for critics of T3 only seeing in black and white, T3 is the same as Indiana Jones 4, a shameless cash-in on what was once a brilliant concept. There is no amazing intellectual level to look at this film, it’s just a pile of poo.
T2-3D was the last Terminator installment to be directed by James Cameron, and it has the main cast of T2. Watching the footage on youtube doesn’t count. You have to go on the ride and experience the real thing.
